We maintain stock on hand and have a strong integration with our suppliers. This allows us to manage orders of a larger size within our standard delivery times.

Our goal is to stock sizes that are most commonly sought-after, allowing us to offer competitive prices on our listed products without the added costs of maintaining a vast inventory.
Material prices do not include shipping charges unless noted.

Unless specified differently, all our materials are sold in 100mm lengths. For example, if you need a 200mm length, order 2x of the product and we’ll ship it as a single 200mm piece.
We do offer custom cuts upon request, such as 2x100mm or combinations like 1x50mm and 1x150mm. However, to keep our prices competitive, we sell material lengths in 100mm increments. Please get in contact with to arrange at: [email protected]
Please note that industry tolerances apply to these lengths. While we ensure you always receive a slightly longer cut than specified (“plus” on the cut), we don’t offer high-precision cuts to exact length.
We are unable to ship lengths longer than 1.5m currently, and some materials (stated in the listings) are subject to a maximum continuous length we can supply.
We offer debit card and credit card payments. All payments are processed via Stripe, and no card details are stored.
Generally, we target a delivery window of 2-3 days. However, as we rely on external courier networks, occasional delays can occur. Rest assured, we will notify you once your product is dispatched. 🙂
We kindly request customers to allow up to 5 days for delivery.
Unless specified differently, our material is “Mill Finished”. This means that while measurements are close, they are nominal and adhere to industry standards for tolerance.
Our materials are cut specifically to fulfill individual orders. Unfortunately, due to this custom nature, we cannot offer refunds for “change of mind” or “wrong stock order”. This policy helps us maintain competitive pricing. However, if you receive material that is damaged or defective, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.
We are located in Auckland, a city known for its diverse weather.
As we mainly cater to the hobby metal market, in order to keep our operations efficient and costs down, we don’t maintain a storefront. Therefore, we currently do not offer in-person pickups.
Currently we ship with NZ Post, economy courier service.
Maximum length we can currently ship is 1.5m (1500mm). Maximum weight is 25kg. We will split up larger orders into multiple shipments.
